this old man may be telling what he has heard but that doesnt match historically.Amarsingh thapa reached upto kangra and not takshashila(that lies in presentday pakistan).and i am pretty much sure that he met the shia hazara community who are of tibeto-burmese origin as nepali . but of course we have been exploited for hundreds of years by the british.
