Court Disposition for I-485

Hello Friends,
Almost 10 years ago, I was charged with providing alcohol to underage when our college party got busted.

Now for applying for I-485, change of status, I need to provide a "certified copy of final court disposition"
When I call the court, in Iowa, they say "as a matter of law, this case does not exist"

There was a deferred sentence passed, and I had to pay fine or do community service.

Now I need they to provide me with a document, even one that says this case does not exist. But when I talk to them, they say they cannot give me any more information.

I live in a different state now, so cannot just go to the court.

What would be the best way to obtain this document.
If I hired an immigration lawyer, or any lawyer for that matter, would they be able to obtain this document?

I mailed a letter addressed to the Judge, requesting this letter. But I wonder if they will respond with anything :(

would appreciate any advise or suggestions.

thank you kindly.
