I'm a US citizen getting married in Nepal with a Nepali girl. I need to file I-130 with evidence of bona fide marriage to file for a K-3 visa for my spouse. Since the marriage happened in a short period of time, does anyone has any experience in this matter on how to strengthen my case?
Do I need to consult any lawyers in US or Nepal?
Also how much time does it normally take to get my spouse to the US?
