I don't think so. I had "Request for Evidence" status after my interview. I sent the requested documents the next day. I know my documents have reached there. The status is supposed to be "Request for Evidence Response Review" but its still the same as before.

This status gets changed only after Immigration officer manually change in their portal or schedule web process your case. There can be a case they simply forget to work your case in the web portal.
