Here is my two cents:
I have been to UHCL. It is a unranked university full of Indians and I assume Nepalese too( Nothing wrong with that ).
Try Mississippi state University. It is lot better than UHCL. They give scholarships to good candidates rather than giving scholarship to anyone and anybody that has a below average scores.
