A yogi neither rejects this world nor accepts this world! He sees the reality as it is and lives as if he is an ignorant person. Deep within he rejoices the supreme bliss. Life expresses in layers. There is delight in everything. Even a person cries to seek delight. The joy which one feels after crying is indescribable in words. A just born baby cries not because he is in pain but to seek mother's attention and get mother's milk through which he can quench his hunger and experience the joy of satiety. There is joy everywhere. However, when mind comes into play this supreme delight gets lost somewhere as if darkness appear in the absence of light.

Small babies make friends very easily because their mind is untainted by Asmita (I-am-ness). Their acts are random. They cry instantly and they smile that very moment as if nothing happened. The moment mind (Asmita) comes into play we start separating things as if the separations are real! The moment we separate ourselves from others, corruption starts that very moment.

If one has to seek happiness in life, one must understand how guitar works. If the strings are loosen it won't produce any sound, if the strings are tightened too much it will break. A guitar produce melodious sound only when the strings are tightened in a moderate way. There is no other way out. In a similar way, one has to implement balance in life in order to live fully. Extremity of anythings becomes poison. On the other hand, poison can be used as medicine at right time in right proportion. One has to be vigilant all the time and decide what is conducive for his physical and mental well-being.

The vicissitude of life can be overwhelming at times. Green card issue, relationship crisis, financial hardship, lost of relatives, marital problems etc. can preoccupy our mind. One has to find balance if one want's to experience joy. Asmita ( Individualized mind) is full of desires. One must be vigilant when desires sprouts from the subconscious mind. Human body is only the extension of mind. There exist no body but mind all the time. Body is just an apparent instrument from which mind runs outside to get the objective experience though the avenues called senses. Taste of delicious curry only last for some seconds in the surface of tongue and after that the whole food turns into an ugly chyme. You will vomit if you look at this chyme. The joys which one gets from this mundane external existence is temporary and full of delusion and illusion. One should experience this external experience but should not be attached to it. Live here playfully like a yogi lives. What is there to gain by doing something and what is there to gain by doing nothing? Therefore, live unconditionally like small babies do. Cry this very moment and smile the next moment as if nothing happened. Live here like an emperor, not like a beggar.
