I want to make my dream home, maximum sun light in my first priority, use of solar power as much as high tech in, not more than 3 talla, and top one use only for kitchen so that spices smell does not come into down stairs, kitchen should be open all way, down stairs small 2 bedrooms with large living room, small means enough for one bed(Queen size, guest room)and and a closet and second floor 4 small bed rooms (Queen size) because I am planning for at least 2 kids from my wife and one adoption from poor family from Nepal. I know this design need some high tech demag which I will will appreciate and pay for it. I have my land, I just need design please share it, I will pick and pay for it.
