I am in QA field for last 11 months and my job finished at the end of December. Now desi consulting agency has started my marketing. I have started searching job on my own as well and I have been getting pretty good response. l feel like I will be able to land one of these job. I am trying to understand how the background checking works. I did got some insight through some of my friends but still want to understand more if you guys give some suggestion on this.
