What Nepali authority should do? They should have at least bargained with the Airlines/Turkish government (or something similar to regulate this) before even letting them start their business in Nepal. I am not an expert on this, I just wanted to share my experience with other fellow Nepalese. Yes we all like to save money and think that we get what is on the itinerary (which was not in this case). Just imagine what would have happened to your elderly parents if nobody made you aware about this thug airline.
