I got the same kind of feeling like you, and I asked more than five times that day, but she refused to give it at all. I tried to look at her ID that she was wearing but it was turned over so cant see anything. I called USCIS, but they told me that since Application Support Centers are kind of separate offices and dont take orders from USCIS, so they can't do anything. I think I know her name anyway, but there is nowhere to complain. I think that Application Support Centers comes under Homeland Security Department so maybe I should try there.
