Of course not. We can’t prove a negative like this. No one can prove that milk doesn’t cause cancer in humans. Or chocolate. Or water. Science doesn’t work this way. Seralini made a positive assertion that GMO corn causes cancer, and his data are inadequate to prove this assertion. This is simply a failed experiment.

We can’t prove that GMO corn (or any food) does not cause cancer. However, we have observational data that shows no difference in cancer rates among millions of people consuming GMO corn versus non-GMO corn.

If you want to make a scientific claim that “X causes Y”, then the onus is on you to provide evidence in support of your claim. Otherwise we could spend infinite effort trying to prove negatives, with little to show for it."
