I enjoyed listening to the lecture and agree with the guest lecturer's point.  It is annoying that whoever posted this video on youtube misused it to twist his point - the title of the video is misleading.  Granted there was no caste system under Kirat rulers; the reality today, however, is that Kirats practise caste discrimination against Dalits as much as "Non-Kirats".  Dalit movement isn't about sectarianism or segregation or playing 'race card', it is just the demand for dignity and basic human rights.  Dalit population is spread throughout the country and not conentrated in any geographical location.  If Nepal disintegrates, no other groups will suffer as much as Dalits.   So, please try not to associate Dalit movement with Janjati movement or Madhesi movement.
