I've been in the US for 6 years and traveled to Nepal 4 times. Every time before I land in the port of entry, I used to get a form I -94 along with the custom declaration form by an airline crew. Last week, I just received the custom declaration thing and not the I -94. I was kind of curious as I- 94 is quite important for foreign aliens. Later, I found that it has been automated and the paper form has been discontinued. So, yes no I-94's now. But if you need it for any reason, "Form I-94 is available to aliens through a web site: www.cbp.gov/I94.  To access the Form I-94 through the web site, the traveler will need to input information from their passport.; a third party without access to the traveler’s passport will not be able to access the Form I-94 from the web site.  If needed, aliens may print out a copy of the Form I-94 from the web site and present it to third parties.  The printout from the web site will be the functional equivalent of the departure portion of the paper form with the same information as the departure portion of the paper form."
