In letter from USCIS it said , In Oct 31st my I-130 got approved and USCIS forwarded the document to NVS , it also said to wait minimum 30 days to get response by NVC. (1)What will be the next process.?? I am leaving to nepal for 45 days in DEC 30 , will be back in feb 24. I have 30 days left from today date.I think i will not have enough time ,
(2) should i handle this case to attorney??
(3)How much he will charge any idea. friends ?? I am already half way done. i dont make 20 thousand in check i have to get sponser, What kind of extra document i need to submitt for my I-130 by now i have already submitted Marrige Certificate , her passport , wedding photos , our both pass port size photo,
What else.. police report ?? sponser ko 3 years ko tax pay gareako file ?? anything more ??
Most importantly , if i consult with Lawyer How much he will charge ??? any reliable contacts ??
