Are you still in the school? Maybe you can take few more credits to up your overall GPA?
I was going to advise the same thing as funtush said, depending upon what you want to pursue, study hard (like 3-6 months, 2 hrs/day) for GRE/GMAT. Sometimes GRE/GMAT score will help out bad GPAs.
Third option is to chose a school that will not heavily look upon your GPA. You have many options, you won't find the top schools but you at least will graduate.
