| Number of Nepali students to go USA for higher studies decreased 7%':Report | ||

REPUBLICA ONLINE According to a report ´ Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange´ published on Monday by the US-based Institute of International Education, a total of 257 American students studied in Nepal in 2011/12, which is 22.4 percent more than the previous year. "Nepali students who would like to pursue higher education in the U.S. may use the services offered by the United States Education Foundation-Nepal’s (USEF) Education USA Advising Center.," reads a press statement issued by the US embassy in Kathmandu on Monday evening. USEF-Nepal is the only approved center for providing accurate information on studying in the United States, the embassy says in the statement. |
