You can only file I-130 for your spouse. Approval time for I-130 varies. You can check it here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do

Your spouse should be in legal status at the time of filing and should keep maintaining her status. Your spouse will NOT get an EAD card, just filing I-130. You may file I-765 (for EAD) while you file I-485, but this option is not available to you at this moment, because you will not be able to file I-485.
