Read seeking alpha articles, its a community of retail investors,some of them are crap and some of them are insightful. Do your own due diligence. Try to look at financial statements before investing in a company. Stocks are mainly priced for growth, try to find company you believe are undervalued or companies you believe will grow and invest in them.
