If property inheritance is your main concern then you have no business naturalizing, just yet. What you could try doing is naturalizing w/o disclosing info about it with anybody else (other than your spouse). But there are risks involved. 

However, if you got screwed after naturalizing, there's also an option of renouncing your citizenship. I'm not sure if Nepali govt. will honor it, though. Even if they did, you probably won't have it easy. 

All things considered, I see no reason why you'd wanna get naturalized - especially if your spouse's immigration process isn't the root cause.
