Zicklin Baruch is a great business school in New York and while it requires GMAT, you don't have to have a high GMAT score.
If your goal is to just have a "MBA" title in your resume then I can understand; otherwise GMAT from any run-of-the mill school, that doesn't require GMAT, is worthless in my opinion.
