To Whom It may Concern,

My dear Concerned friends like i said earlier i am not here to blame people outside Jhapa or anyone. I was all asking to those people who intentionally blame Jhapali being bad for no damn good reason to think before you speak  because  not everyperson in whole damn Jhapa are as bad as you think they are. tyo falano le timlai naramro garya chha ra tyo falano jhapa bata ho bhane tell falano  from jhapa is jali or fatah or whatever dont say jhapali is fatah and tomorow please dont start spreading jhapali le malai dubayo coz other people from jhapa who are doing their own work and do not have a freaking knowledge of what is happeing to other side of the town gets affected. They are just like you guys. They want to be respected on who they are not where they are from. 

BUT,
