Sure, if they are doing it in a legal way, there's nothing to be worried about.
Your post, "Asylum ko lagi kehi kagaj ya Katha.." immediately raises flags. So you will help them with "katha" as well?
My problem isn't with the ones who are being helped; I am genuinely worried about those who will pay you to get help and later will be summoned by INS/DHS for fraudulent case.
I am willing to give you benefit of doubt so I won't report anything yet. But I will caution whoever will be using this service to use due deligence. You don't want to be in the same boat as thousands who had obtained greencard through this immigration racket (comprising of lawyers) in CA who filed fraudulent documents. These lawyers were debarred and already awarded GC's were revoked.
