People in both Juares and Vancouver were nice.they asked me a few usual questions in conversation style. Both the interviews lasted about a couple of minutes. And I was told that I got the visa. Sofaking, if you need to go to Canada or Mexico, I would suggest you go to Canada. In addition to your H1B papers and stuffs, take the following papers: 1)Your old I-20s (all of them) 2)All of your passports (if you have more than one due to renewal) 3)A letter from your supervisor (like a recommendation letter) 4)If you go to Canada, know the name and address of at least one person who lives there. 5)Take your undergrad transcript (even if you are no longer a student) 6)Take any paper you think helps you out (you can always put it in a secondary folder). 7)Get a multiple entry visa of Canada via mail (just in case). 8)Don't lie to them unless it is absolutely necessary. If you need to lie, be a good liar. Good luck !! DP.
