Is getting the notification for fingerprint is an indicator of approval of form i-130?
If not, how long does it take for i-130 filed along with form i-485 to get approved for those who filed after this Aug 1?
This https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do says that processing time is more than a year in both (CA and VT) SCs for 1-130 approval. Does that mean notice for fingerprnt is a part of i-130 approval and it will take more than a year to get green card?
