I think it is just another show, not just for the election but for Mr. Karki's own agenda. He has already retired and has nothing to lose, so I think he will continue as long as this government is in power or he remains as chief of CIAA. It is commendable that he has taken actions against the corrupt government officials, but this chain of corruption leads to people who are in power and politics. Of 41 crore that is charged to these officials, don't you think some or any of the money ended with the minister or secretary or other political leaders then ? And also they are issuing statement addressing laws from 2033 B.S (Samajik Sudhar Ain) , which is completly outside their jurisdiction ? I think all this is to garner popular sentiments and to answer the critics who vocally didn't support his appointment.
