Bro,
I used to have terrible Back Pain & CTS, it was due lack of body movement(in my case software develoer sits all day in the chair). After reading solutions over the internet, I finally decided to hit the gym 3-4 times a week, then after couple of days all the pain gone.
Its been three years addicted to GYM able to run 5K, still on same chair same office same boss same salary but no pains :)
