  1. Share your pain with your doctor.
  2. If its work related : YOu can also get help from your HR department and get your ergonomics evaluation done. YOu mkight get a relavent chair at your work, They should take care of you in this regard.
  3. YOutube "general back pain exercise at work" or similar videos. Trust me they are really helpful.
  4. Follow the below link ( I do #6. Cat/Camel once in a while at office)
