San, Anoter sister site of sajha sounds interesting but it's a bit tricky... to judge who is an accomplished writer or not. I am a bit confused here... should our judgement be based on the sajha postings or writing that have been publised in other forms of media? It's easy to pick out Ashu and Sitara... yeah they are good... and their accomplishments can be verified. What about others? Most sajha posters write in a hurry. Therefore, their potential is not so obvious. So, it would not be fair to them. My suggestion is rather than head-picking (the accomplished ones) on the basis of what has been posted in sajha threads or elsewhere, why don't you post a criteria for seletion/publication of articles. That will give all the interested ones the opportunity to submit their serious peice. Accomplished and potential ones will get a fair chance. So, to make it more manageable post topics as well. HM
