Tri valley and this case is totally different. In the first case, the american university itself was operating fradulently so the embassy stepped in to save the students as visa was granted from american embassy in India. While in Nepali case, the students did the wrong and someone reported or found out.
I heard students in Minnesota used to do stamping of 1 rupees nepali coin in documents instead of stamping from Nepal government. How can embassy help when the students themselves are doing wrong things? If uncle sam go back and start investigating about all those documents, lots of people who are now GC holders will be in trouble and that time will you shout for help from embassy. lol
