Is Nepali Embassy doing anything for those nine student from Kansas who are charged with visa fraud?

This case doesn't seem to be big issue but that charges can be big.
Imagine those working in IT field with fake 7+ years experience through dhoti consultancies ? I suggest people to take a legal route and do not fall for the dhoti scam. They'll go down but they'll take you down as well.
