Rahulvai, I was one of the engineer there in the meeting. The reason we were assembled in such a big number was that they wanted us to hold the bridge in case it collapses because of lack of support. They thought the bridge might respect the engineers and wouldn't bulge even when the structural support was missing.

Okay, I am kidding now. But this is funny and a little sad; the truth however is that this is how policies are made and decided back home.
