The arguments which you are putting is not true for all the cases. You can't generalize every profession like that. Yes people join corporations because of better pay and perks but I have seen so many people who choose their profession because they really love it and really passionate for it. Without passion & love, you can't succeed and that is the ultimate truth. If you don't love your job then how can you enjoy your life and if you don't enjoy your life then what is the point of living life.

There are so many people in Nepal who are sacrificing glorious corporate career and pursuing their dream which they love it. Personal satisfaction is beyond money.
