Hi guys i m 6 ft tall 175 lbs male n I would like to gain weight. I m fit but i wana look muscular big strong like wrestlers. At least wana be 200 lbs. In America girls like strong muscular man. I ve been working out since year but twice a week or sometimes once a week. What kinda protein shake is better? Muscle milk or whey protein or creatin? Before GYM I take protein plus bar n after workout i drink muscle milk. Usually I can't cook at home so i eat at mexican restaurants n indian. Sometimes grilled chicken sandwich from Whataburger. Any good suggestions?
