Haha. Ipad is just like big ipod touch.
Forget about customization; android is still best.
1) how many apps u use ? There is more then 350000 in google store.
2) resale value ?? Are u going to do business or for use.
3)there is no lags on note tabs.
4) if u like to use pen for writing or drawing it has sPen.
5) idk what is airplay and what it does but there are lots of feature which are better then ipad. Like allshare , opening and editing office files, adobe photoshop (comes inbuilt and free) .
Best thing is go to nearest best buy and play with both and choose best one u like.
