@nepalihoma: I am not trying to hijack your thread but I would also love to hear people's opinion on my situation.
I had applied for asylum and it was flatly rejected. Now I am in H1 and planning to go for stamping to canada on jan 2014. Do you guys think I will get rejected based on the fact that i had applied for asylum or that won't matter?
