If these are the signs
1. Uncomfortable in the bladder area
2. Slight burning sensation in the bladder

Go to doctor, will give you antibiotic after a urine test and an anal examine. It is be cured easily or it can also become a chronic (which means changing life style and habits, deal with it for long period of time)
