Freedom, India giving money to Nepal as a state when Nepal becomes its trritrory??
You must be living in a world of dream my friend. again look what world bank is saying
Look How unequal are Bihar and UP. if Indian federal government have enough money they could have donwe with UP and Bihar. They have given money to those states a bit but that is not enoufgh to bring them up to the par.
