Thesedays everything you read needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It's becoming more of the norm for people to be resilient and be able to laugh at oneself. If you cannot laugh at seemingly funny things then you border the gray area of fanatics.

The example that kiddo brought about his friends belief is interesting because if kiddo had heard that someone unknown to him was doing it, then he could probably laugh about it and even joke about it. But since it's his friend he finds his lips sealed.
