I would recommend you for electrical engineering rather that computer science. I am an EE so I might have a biased opinion. But with an EE you still have some option in CS areas too but with CS you will close most of the doors for EE. Also, EE is a growing field, so it is always a safe bet in terms of career.
Have C, C++, Matlab, Perl, Python, Unix and this will put you in a great position. These I believe, you must have at least 2,3 by now. Analog, Mixed Signal is also a very demanding area. Wireless Communications, FPGA designs.
