The point I am trying to make here is--> Ok I called someone Sarkar in public(which is perfectly within my individual right).
Now if a judge comes and questions me--> That would be direct violation of my individual right brought to Nepali People by Doouqwashi(circa 1989-1990, remember a lot of people died for this freedom). You cannot be selective on limiting freedom, it is for everyone. That is my point.
