may be it was not the right word to use 'judging somene', im not so good in english vocabulary. It is not about Judging someone as judges do in court, like handing out a verdict to be implemented.  But, yes i can form a perception about people by observing their behavior, SAMAJIK CHALAN etc. And, you may not agree with me, but I have seen most of the people using their perception of another person's observed behavior to decide  a form of relationship they want to maintain with that person even though they may claim that they are indifferent to how other people do their things.
