Your whole statement is so full of contradictions. Almost like mine.
I agree with Nepali laure, people have right to call anybody sarkar, just as much as others have the right to judge them. Somebody called somebody sarkar and another person made a comment, you came and belittled the person who made that comment. Everybody is within their rights, much like you are. Now, blaming this on Nepali mentality is the most deprecating thing stated in this whole post; hence my point about contradiction.
Nepalilaure, yep. I have seen that instance too. It's like how darshans work in the inner circle and for everybody else, namaskaar...ke chha.
Above it all, I still see the "Sarkar" usage as strange; that's all.
