Here are your options(IMO):
- Start hunting for jobs, Since you already have 6 yrs of experience, In most of the companies after 7 yrs of experience you're considered as a senior. Although companies hate to start the H1B process, esp the HR people, it's all upto to the hiring manager and his/her manager. If you can sell yourself, they'll hire you and sponsor you. (It's worth trying)
- Talk to one of those Indian consultancies, most them are willing to sponsor you on EB2, since you have good experience and less risk and they can consume a good part of your hard earned salary for atleast 2 years.
- Continue working there and hope for a miracle if Immigration reform will indeed happen.
