hmm..thumbs up for the nice article.."eat, pray, love"..i watched this movie a while back which i found interesting in the beginning but surprisingly quite boring towards the end...the motivation is to find the inner peace and happiness ofcourse but doing what you really want to do with your life..Listening to inner child and spring into action..as easy as it sounds, it's not always a silver lining..The thing that i did liked is the challenge she's able to take in her life and move on which we all have to during the course of our lives...
Despite all the materialistic gain and comfort sometimes there are other things in life that you would want..As in her case, exploring and discovering the inner-self. A lot of times people are going through relationship problems. I remember a dialoge from this movie "Good Will Hunting" that elaborates on how one try to realize if you're perfect for the significant other or if he/she is perfect for you. No one is perfect. The question to ask is whether or not you're perfect for each other.
I see your weekend evening conondrum around happiness and sadness which is like twins of your own. One moment we're happy and the other time sadness swallows you. This is life..Without the feeling of sadness one can't realize the true meaning of happiness and vice versa. This is just one of those things that afterall we end up saying 'just carry on'...
