yes i love analogies. :) But yours was the weakest analogy ever and it shows your capabilities. Now as an Atheist, you are supposed to prove your standpoint using Atheism as your foundation but as expected, you tend to rely on religion to support yourself. See this is the same argument you present for morality....which God's morality to follow. Whereas the question is how does Atheism account for morality?.
See you forgot the question is the cake, so you could pass the cake to any religion, and the fact remains that it was made by someone. It is not an unconsciouss process. THE CAKE WAS MADE BY SOMEONE. You even got 2 thumbs up by fellow Atheists. This just shows how ridiculous an Atheist thought process is.
IF the loving god exists, he does not fit nto this materialistic world. I explained this using a simple example. When parents give birth to their children, they expect them to be good. Of course when the children turn out drug addicts, rapists, the parents will regret. If you read carefully, religion does show that God regretted his decision to a certain extent. Now that is your homework, do read.
