I have different view on this one brother. Every thing changes with time. Its called Evolution. Internet made the world very small. Now you are talking about "Doordarshan" and "Chalchitra". Than we have to go back to the language they used during Prithivi Narayan Shah;s or even back to sanskrit or even back to 'who knows what'. No one is loving Nepal less if they say "Pheeleem" instead of "chalchitra". I think everything changes with time and we have to accept that.
