I heard that most of the viewer ripped off Vijay Kumar for asking question in English while Amitabh  himself was asnwering in Hindi. Those days, a Nepali host speaking in English woiuld  have sounded like one trying to be a smartass. I dont remember the exact timing, might be two years agoo I happened to read an article/blog/facebook whatever it is, Vijya Kumar clarified  whole fiasco. According to him, showing question asked in Hindi in Nepalese National Television would have hurt Nepalese sentiments. He actually conducted whole interview in Hiindi but for the sake of Nepalese pride or whatever it is, they simply edited the questions asked in  Hindi and reshoot those questions in English back in the studio.
