Unfortunately, the above facebook commentator seem to be right. I read in timesofindia about the victim (Abhaya)'s possible intestine transplant. Some commentators are saying she's dead. It's so sad that she was tortured brutallly after rape. It is because of impunity in our cultures, and we blaming the victims. The powerful people can do anything in that region. Two girls were burned to death in a very short span of time in our own country. I am against the capital punishment. But, I think there can be exceptions in these few cases.
