You said legally, I don't think it is allowed to take out such a huge sum from Nepal without the proper permission and stuff. But say you did it anyway, US custom probably won't give you a hard time for the money coming in..but depositing such a large amount here could set a red flag as anything above $10K (if I recall correctly) coming in from overseas could be a trigger for further audit. Do some google search on this.
