There's no doubt that both of these women are doing a wonderful job. But I give a slight edge to Razia Jan. She has a harder task to accomplish than Puspa Basnet where parents are not willing to educate girls and they might get killed for wanting to be educated.
I will vote for Razia Jan this year.
